    Wind gusting to 30 mph from the prevailing direction.
    Partly cloudy.

    The next morning, magic users memorized spells on the demiplane,
    but only Darius could pray for spells there.  The party returned
    to the banquet hall on the ground level and the clerics were able
    to pray for spells.

    The party caught Crystalblight's attention and gave him their
    report.  He confirmed that they had all the gems he was expecting
    and shut down the force field again, letting them out.  The party
    handed over the bags of gems, but Crystalblight explained that
    there were a few more, and described them.  Reluctantly, the party
    handed over the Crystal Ball and Ioun Stones from the wizard's
    secret demiplane.
      6000xp to whole party for completing bargain w/Crystalblight

    Crystalblight was interested and amused to hear of the force field
    blocking access to the Beastmaster's goblins and gargoyles below
    (and the likelyhood that some were now trapped in the building).
    He stated that it was time for the party to leave his city but
    that they would be allowed to return if they wanted to further
    explore the passages controlled by the Beastmaster's forces (as
    long as they brought a sanck like last time).

    The party spent the rest of the day travelling towards the gate by
    the route they had come by. (1/4 done.)

    That night on watch Darius worked out that the owner of the
    building was named Rohgero (from his notes and papers) and found
    the modern names of all the 1st level spells in Rohgero's spell
    books that were also in the party books.
