Eleint 21, 1369:

    The next day, the real estate agent that Darius contacted, Ornades
    Radomagar, took some representatives of the party to see Fair
    Winds, a small estate in a secluded section of Castle Ward
    overlooking the ocean.  Fair Winds is drafty and gets a lot of
    wind noise but it is sheltered from most of the sounds of the city
    and the worst of the smells.  The party agreed to rent it for the
    month for 50gp.

    Fair Winds is just down the street from the New Olamn Bard's
    College.  Steve went to the New Olamn Library and copied Find
    Familiar to the party spell books on Maanamere's behalf.
    Maanamere learned the spell.  The party immediately began trying
    to talk him out of it.

    Maanamere began training.
