Flamerule 10

Flamerule 10, 1369:

    Party trains, studies spells, etc. without interference.

    A proclamation is issued ordering all unemployed warriors (anyone
    with training in weapons use), spellcasters and wandering priests
    to report to The Bloody Hunt for conscription.  Failure to do so
    will be punishable by imprisonment.
    
    All adventurers are assigned to units of 20 persons of mixed
    classes (parties will be kept together) and these units will spend
    one week out of four patroling the surounding countryside, and one
    week on standby in case of demon attack.  This will continue until
    Elient 1 (but noone knows that, the word is "indefinitely")
