    Darius attempts to lay another backup charm on Phineas, but the
    spell goes wild and he finds himself charmed BY Phineas instead.
    Devlin fixes the problem and finally convinces Darius to let
    Phineas go in return.
        250xp (and a hearty cheer from Stewart) to Devlin for kobold
            removal

    The party travels toward Silverymoon.
