It is early in the day and Henkles is curious about some of his memories. He calls these "memories not his own." People tend to move away from him when he says this. I can't think why having a large man with weapons saying he hears voices from the past that he didn't experience causes this reaction. The first guard we ask is too young to remember the time of troubles and directs us to someone older. During the time of troubles a squad followed nine-fingered Dethan (a second story man) into Undermountain and never returned. After a theft he had killed a guard and they were in hot pursuit. Henkles seems to have memories of the man leading the squad. Henkles promises to bring back any information that he gets for Dennis Greentroll of the watch. Dethan was possibly from Baldur's Gate. Darius identifies the items and determines the daggers are not strong (+1) The necklace, when worn, is a gold chain with ebony and ivory balls of various sizes. smallest: 1x ivory 2x ebony medium: 2x ebony big: 1x ebony Hurling the ebony creates darkness, hurling the ivory, light Healing potion (1) one looks the same, not proven one smashed one invisibility That afternoon the dogs start barking like mad! We find a scorched and charred rat they are worrying at and a puddle that appears to be puppy pee. I clean it up. Pets.... Right on schedule! That night Arcturagana shows up looking for her long lost love, Menlil. We call him Manamere. Manamere hides under the covers and sings loudly, alerting us to it's presence. Prettiest "it" I ever saw, but an it. Dexter actually manages to have a conversation with it! I was quite impressed that he didn't run off screaming into the night or try and kill her. Artie is convinced that Manameere is Menlil, not a reincarnation, but her actual lost love and they have known each other forever. I think she has been tricked into this somehow. It's chatty and cooperative while talking about her "soulmate." They met living in Arabelle. It refused to say if it was living and gets annoyed at our "livingist" behavior. It stalks off. How you stalk while flying I will never know. Henkles says we need to kill things and get more loot and we need to research the names Arabelle, Menlil, etc.
