    Elf Hurtr is transformed by the full moon for the next three
    nights.  Narthan identifies it as a halberd, +2, +3 v elves &
    faeriekin, +4 v elven MUs.  It will reduce the magic resistance
    (MR) of any drow hit by 25% (save v death) for 24 hours.  It
    allows the user to levitate once/wk.  The halberd is a Lawful
    weapon.  It is only +1 for a Neutral (for Law/Chaos) wielder and
    it adds a +1 penalty to init.  For a Chaotic wielder, it always
    goes last and fumbles (reroll fumble results that damage the
    weapon).
