    silk and bound with a white satin bow.  It was addressed "To My
    Darling Menlil (or Maanamere if you insist), Happiest New Year -

Henkles opened the box in the back yard due to a number of neighborhood children about the front of Fairwinds. The gift turned out to be a model ship (named "The Star Chaser") in a bottle. Maanamere put it in the barn. Theo cast Identify on a number of items. He discovered that the light provided by Stalker's sword can be adjusted (from 5' - 30'?) A second attempt on the sword then failed to discover anything. He then identified one of the potions from the fanny pack of holding as being an Invisibility potion. Theo failed to discern any functions of the Gargoyle ring. Finally, he found that a set of bracers were Bracers of Defense of moderate strength. AFAL sent notes Staros and Lin about the gift. I (Steve) spent the day copying spells.
