Mirtul 11

Mirtul 11, 1370:
    High = 40, Low = 15
    Trace precipitation (½" sleet) starting @ 9:10am
    Calm.
    Partly cloudy most of the day.

    Two sailors, Silirnil Aerriael and Melaral Rinlenriion (both LE
    female elves) did not return to the ship that night.  The party
    goes looking for the deserters.  They learn that they were at the
    Falling Tower and left together.  Working their way from bar to
    bar, the party eventually finds another tavern where they were
    seen talking with a third elf woman, who was dressed as a hunter.
    From there they left, going east across town.  The party didn't
    turn up any other leads, but talked to some local street urchins
    and offered silver for information about the deserters, gold for
    information leading to their capture.

    Henkles looks for a weaponsmith w/engineering skills and/or
    interesting weapons.  He also spends some time asking around town
    for any information about vampire activity int he area.

    After they get back to the ship, the town guard arrives and
    questions them about what the hells they are up to and whether
    they are hunting two vampires who escaped from their ship or the
    like.  The guards do their best to convey to the party that this
    sort of troublemaking is not appropriate in Neverwinter.  The
    party does their best to convey that they are harmless good guys,
    really.  The GM sees no evidence that either side succeeded.

    That evening, Brogan completes training to 6th level
    Fighter, rolling 7 (9 after 2 rerolls) on d10 for HP (+2 for CON),
    bringing his total to 57.5 (from 53).  Staric completes his
    training to 7th level Bard, rolling 4 on d6 for HP,
    bringing his total to 36 (from 32).
