    Send Steve and Theo off to find out what those spiders.  Come back
    and say "Adrupakis" or "spine spiders" [that's "adarupikus" --
    Darius]. Spiders bite people, mind control them, then steal the
    their memories.  Icko.  Only cure for memory loss is expensive
    healing spell.

    Too late for Theo to go home by then.  Vampires all over the
    place.  Told Theo about vampire problem.  Gotta do something about
    that spy.

    Denyae and Stalker finish training that night.  Denyae reached 5th
    level Fighter, rolling a 1 and rerolling to get a 10 for 12 new
    HP, bringing her total to 64.  Stalker reached 6th level Thief,
    rolling 3 for a total of 5/2 = 2.5 new HP, bringing his total to
    52.
