Eleint 24, 1369:

    The party told Radomagar to ask the owner of Fair Winds about
    leasing Fair Winds for three years, with payment for each year up
    front.  He returned later in the day with word that the owner was
    interested and had proposed a price of 420gp/year.  The party sent
    him back with a counter-offer of 330.
